For this edition of the Jerk Off 2024 Festival, Cirque Fier.e.s will be presenting an original, themed, hybrid, all-terrain Cabaret Fier.e.s, where their pride is expressed in the greatest freedom. Polymorphic by essence, this form invites itself into a meeting place to build, within it, a unique imaginary and narrative, without constraint, without limit, without established principle.
“3kgs 440, 52 cm, blood type B+.
48 respiratory movements and 131 pulsations per minute.
206 bones, 639 muscles, 36.7 degrees Celsius.
60% water. It's time to leave Mother's and return to Earth.
The world will soon be his playground.
I, you, he, she: She will be “she”, it's arbitrary ”
In this Cabaret Fier.e.s : Métacorps, directed by Dany Tran, eight artists discover and rediscover the forms and energies of their bodies through a cyclical path that resembles that of life.
An envelope that reveals and exposes us, the body is the tool of our existence and performance. We can love it or hate it. It is as metaphysical as it is a knowledge without knowledge, whose reality we construct.

“What's left
Scratches, cries, songs, scents, hugs,
Of the rivers I've cried and the storms I've weathered.”

Cirque Fier.e.s is an LGBTQIA+ and allied collective, intersectional and feminist, bringing to the fore artists who are often far removed from spaces of artistic expression. The collective advocates diversity in every aspect of its work, helping to create social ties and safer spaces around the practice of circus arts.
